Arlene was born and raised in New Jersey, moved to New England to attend college at UNH. She completed her masters at Boston University. Her family settled in Vermont in 1985. Arlene currently lives in Wilmington, and enjoys the outdoor lifestyle. She loves the Vermont countryside and for 19 years has shared it with customers and helped many find their special Vermont home.  Arlene can frequently be found enjoying life at the lake with her Labs, Jenny & King, her dear and loyal friends. She also has a passion for cooking, gardening, and yoga. Arlene is a charter member of the Deerfield Valley Rotary Club, a State Director for the Vermont Association of Realtors, and stays active in community groups.

Mark Yule graduated from Wilmington High School class of 1975 and then attended Southern Vermont College studying business management. He earned his private pilot's license in 1983 and worked in construction and for the U.S. Forest service. Mark has worked in Real Estate for the past 25 years specializing in land sales. He is very familiar with perc tests, lay of the land, and the extensive Act 250 process.

Adam Palmiter has lived in the Mount Snow area since he moved from Alaska in 1985 and has as intimate knowledge of the region. He graduated from Colgate University in the Spring of 2003 and started a web/graphic design company, Cookie Design Co. After long days in front of the computer screen working with pixels instead of people, Adam decided to give the family business a try. Much to his own surprise he loved it and has successfully applied his background in marketing and computer technology to the everchanging landscape of real estate. Sandy lives in Searsburg, a small town in the mountains west of Wilmington, with her husband, Pete, and their two dogs, "Smokey" and the "Bandit". Originally from central Connecticut, they moved to southern Vermont almost 25 years ago, after vacationing in the area for several years. Sandy has worked at Palmiter Realty Group since 2003, first as an administrative assistant and now as a licensed REALTOR®. Originally from Northern Connecticut, I moved to the area twenty years ago with my family. In 1999, I was one of the original owners of Alonzo’s Pasta and Grille. This successful restaurant gave me over ten years of great business opportunities as well as the ability to serve the community and public. I am a mother of three and one of twelve brothers and sisters. Prior to running the Rental department at Palmiter I was employed by SnowResorts for four years. During that time I supervised the seasonal rentals and owners and acquired my real estate license. Sheila Joyce-Albano was born, raised and educated in Lima, Peru. She came to the United States in 1966 and settled in the Mount Snow Valley. She began her career as a legal secretary in the early 1970’s and then into an administrative position in the first condominium development in the Mount Snow Region. Sheila became a citizen in 1991 but had the distinction of being the only non-citizen American notary public licensed by a court in 1973. In 1985 with husband, Don, Sheila founded the SnowResort companies that became an icon in Southern Vermont in condominium sales and rentals with its award winning marketing campaigns. SnowResorts recently merged with Palmiter Realty Group where Sheila hopes to integrate her knowledge and experience into a new larger venture. Sheila has 4 children and 3 grandchildren and lives with her husband and puppy “Havana” in West Dover. Chris grew up in Marion, Mass., a small town just off Cape Cod. He graduated from Babson College with a degree in business. His real estate experience is extensive and includes sales, marketing, management, and relocation. Most recently he held the position of VP of Operations overseeing 17 shoreline offices for Conn.’s largest real estate company. A frequent visitor to the Mount Snow area, Chris and his wife Joan decided to relocate here full time in 2006. Together they plan to put their 47 years of combined real estate experience serving home buyers and sellers in the Valley. Chris has become an active member of the Dover community, serving as secretary of the Chamber of Commerce, and as a member of the Rotary Club. Chris and Joan live in East Dover with their 3 golden retrievers, Michael, Bob and Marley.

T.J. Sibilia moved to the Mount Snow area for one year, eight years ago. He lives in East Dover with his wife and 3 children. Active in the property rental business for 6 years, he joined Palmiter Realty Rentals in June of 2004. TJ specializes in short term rentals and has been instrumental in many of the new improvements to our rental program including the addition of state of the art reservation program we installed last year and the new rentals website we launched in August 2005.

Paul has enjoyed the Vermont lifestyle for the past fifty-eight years. He moved to Vermont in 1948, at that time it took five hours to drive from Windsor, CT and many of the roads to Vermont were dirt. Paul has been selling real estate in the Mount Snow area since 1986.
